Mughal Yar M, Lecturer and Researcher at SZABIST has received his M.Sc in Computer Engineering from Mid Sweden University, Sweden, he has more than two years work experience as Software Engineer from Efficient AB, Stockholm, Sweden Currently working on Stem Cells, trying to understand Stem Cells Mechanism, in base of which variable affect undifferentiated cells in order to make differentiate cells like Blood Cells, Heart Cells, and Cancer Cells etc.

 

Cell Cultivation

There are two type of mechanisms in stem cell embryonic stem cells (pluripotent) and adult stem cells. Embryonic stem cells: capable of developing into all the cells type of body because they are pluripotent. Adult stem cells: these cells renew itself and can be differentiated to yield some or all of the major specialized cell type of the tissue or organ. His primary objective is targeted towards making models for it, using a Self Organizing Maps (SOM) in Matlab
